At TT US, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all furniture and decor items in their original condition. If your new piece isn't the perfect fit, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TT US account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
