Do you offer white-glove delivery services?

Yes, white-glove delivery is available for select oversized furniture items. This service includes inside delivery, room placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials for a flat fee.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your delivery immediately. If an item is damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
